Meet The Lair, Berkeley’s newest eight-story mixed use project designed by Johnson Lyman Architects. Our lush living wall welcomes residents and guests with species like Philodendron ‘Xanadu’, Plectranthus ciliatus 'Troy’s Gold’, and Portulacaria afra 'Minima' on the exterior wall. On the indoor portion of the installation, the palette expands to include tropical species. Dracaena marginata'Colorama' and Neoregelia 'Petra' provide dramatic pops of color.
Our install team filled the exterior wall with over 1,200 plants surrounding the building’s signage. Click below to watch the time-lapse of the install:
