At Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, a living wall offers a moment of stillness and sensory connection within a busy academic environment.
Installed in a central courtyard, the wall is designed to be seen from above and felt up close—layered with lush green ferns and striking pink bromeliads (Aechmea fasciata). A built-in misting system adds sound, texture, and even scent, creating a tropical atmosphere that softens the urban surroundings.
