Artist Statement

Situated between two buildings, the living wall demonstrates how vertical landscapes can carve out moments of green in dense city environments—creating a kind of mini park where ground space is limited. Designed to be experienced both from within the building and from the street, the wall features a predominantly green palette with textural variation and subtle focal points. Large-leaf rhododendrons, billowy geraniums, and bright accents of asparagus fern create a lush yet restrained composition that complements the adjacent sculpture.
