Artist Statement

Designed as the green heart of the office, the living wall anchors a central gathering space where employees eat, recharge, and step away from their desks. Because a floor drain wasn’t available, the wall was engineered with a self-contained irrigation approach, allowing it to thrive without traditional drainage. The installation visually ties the office together and making the wall visible from multiple vantage points throughout the workplace. Subtle color accents—most notably Philodendron Congo Rojo—introduce warm red tones that echo the company’s branding while adding depth and contrast to the predominantly green palette.
